GMC Sierra aluminum truck canopy and truck cap for work, travel and everyday cargo. The IRONHAUL Overland Cap V2 adds enclosed storage above the bed rails, with side-access gull-wing doors and a matte-black finish.

GMC Sierra factory bed reference

Sierra 1500 and Sierra 2500 / 3500 HD use different bed configurations. GMC’s 2026 Sierra 1500 specifications list inside floor lengths of 69.92 in (short), 79.44 in (standard) and 98.20 in (long). GMC’s 2024 HD guide identifies a 6 ft 9 in standard bed (approximately 82.2 in at the floor) and an 8 ft long bed (approximately 98.2 in). Earlier generations require their own measurements. Similar nominal lengths do not make 1500 and HD canopies interchangeable.
