1-year Basic Care

$199.00 CAD

1 complimentary service visit within 1 year

Canopy service check: hinges, struts, clamps, locks, windows and mounting hardware; inspection, tightening and cleaning.

2-year Standard Protection

$599.00 CAD

2 complimentary service visits within 2 years

Basic services, priority booking, window alignment and lock lubrication; one water-resistant reseal, minor gasket replacement and required hinge, strut or C-clamp replacement within the package.

3-year Premium Complete Care

$799.00 CAD

Up to 3 complimentary service visits within 3 years

Standard services, priority booking, two water-resistant reseals in total, gasket inspection and replacement, window removal and adjustment, resealing, leak testing and final quality inspection.

Service details and order rewards

  • Rewards use merchandise prices before discounts. Care, tax, shipping, installation and gift cards do not count. Exactly $7,000 does not qualify for half price; exactly $10,000 does not qualify for free Basic.
  • The plan starts on canopy delivery. If installation is provided at the same time, it starts when installation is completed.
  • This is a service agreement, not an insurance policy. It is non-transferable and applies to the original canopy and registered vehicle. Existing product warranty terms continue to apply separately.
  • Visits are limited to the selected plan. Services must be booked during regular business hours. Parts or labour outside the selected package are quoted and require approval before work.
  • Resealing is water-resistant care; complete waterproofing is not guaranteed. Vehicle design, installation, body movement, weather, condition and wear can affect water intrusion.
  • These online prices apply with a new canopy purchase or within 7 days. Contact the store for a plan after purchase. After 7 days, a technician inspection and new quote are required, with pricing increased by at least 25%.
  • Each canopy has one plan. An upgrade replaces its Basic plan, and removing a canopy removes its care. A complimentary plan disappears below the free threshold unless you explicitly selected Basic.
