Product Warranty for Bed Racks, Bumpers, Canopies, Fender Flares and Roll Bars

Up to 1 Year – Repair & Service Warranty:
Ironhaul will maintain these products, offering tune-ups and replacing critical parts that have worn beyond reasonable use due to normal use of the product, anytime during the first year after purchase.

Product Warranty for Running Boards, Tonneau Covers, Mirrors and Travel Tents

Up to 1 Year – Repair & Service Warranty:
Ironhaul will maintain these products, offering tune-ups and replacing critical parts that have worn beyond reasonable use due to normal use of the product, anytime during the first year after purchase.

Weather-Proof Statement for Canopies and Tonneau Covers

Our canopies and tonneau covers are weather-proof, meaning they are designed to resist rain, snow, and general weather exposure under normal driving conditions.
However, they are not guaranteed to be 100% water-tight. Small amounts of water intrusion are considered normal due to the natural gaps in the truck bed and tailgate area, which are not sealed by the vehicle manufacturer.
High-pressure wash or pressure-washer use will also force water inside the truck bed, which is expected.
If you experience water leakage during rainfall beyond normal minimal seepage, this is covered under our warranty and we will assist with inspection and correction.

EXCLUSIONS FROM LIMITED WARRANTY

  • Accessories installed by anyone other than the factory.

  • Any fading or peeling of the painted surface resulting from misuse, impact, or normal wear and tear.

  • Damage resulting from operating your vehicle with the cap door or tonneau open.

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, off-road driving, alterations, acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, tree sap, etc.), salt, road hazards, hail, wind storms, floods, and other natural disasters, lack of proper care and maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

  • Paint wear and abrasions on the truck bed rails or any area where the cap or tonneau contacts the truck; this is considered normal wear and tear and is the sole responsibility of the pick-up truck owner.

  • Improperly installed caps or tonneaus.

  • Glass breakage and light bulbs.

  • Fitment to any non-OEM surface.

  • Matte Black paint finish is not warranted against scratches, fading, or any cosmetic damage.

Policy Interpretation

The interpretation and application of this return and warranty policy are at the sole discretion of Ironhaul. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the conditions of our policy are not met. Thank you for choosing Ironhaul.
