At Ironhaul, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality auto parts. Our products come with warranties to ensure you get the best out of your purchase. Here are the warranty details for specific products:

Product Warranty for Bed Racks, Bumpers, Canopies, Fender Flares and Roll Bars:

  1. Up to 1 Year - Repair & Service Warranty: Ironhaul will maintain this product, offering tune-ups and replacing critical parts that have worn beyond reasonable use due to normal use of such product, any time during the first year after purchase.
  2. Up to 2 Years - Limited Warranty: Ironhaul  products will continue to have a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials after the 1-year warranty repair period. This limited warranty excludes wear or breakage due to misuse and/or abuse or normal wear and tear.
  3. 2 Plus Years - Post-Warranty Servicing: Ironhaul will continue to support customers with these tools at authorized service centres across the country after the first year from purchase date with servicing for a fee.

 

Product Warranty for Running Boards, Tonneau Covers, Mirrors and Travel tents:

  1. Up to 6 Months - Repair & Service Warranty: Ironhaul  will maintain this product, offering tune-ups and replacing critical parts that have worn beyond reasonable use due to normal use of such product, any time during the first six months after purchase.
  2. Up to 1 Year - Limited Warranty: Ironhaul products are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This limited warranty excludes wear or breakage due to misuse and/or abuse or normal wear and tear.
  3. 1 Plus Years - Post-Warranty Servicing: Ironhaul  will continue to support customers with these tools at authorized service centres across the country after the first year from purchase date with servicing for a fee.

EXCLUSIONS FROM LIMITED WARRANTY

  1. Accessories installed by anyone other than the factory.
  2. Any fading or peeling of the painted surface that may result from misuse, impact, or normal wear and tear.
  3. Damage resulting from operating your vehicle with the cap door or tonneau open.
  4. Damage due to accidents, misuse, off-road driving, alterations, acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, tree sap, etc.), salt, road hazards, hail, wind storm, floods, and other natural disasters, lack of proper care and maintenance or normal wear and tear.
  5. Paint wear and abrasions on the truck bed rails and elsewhere where the cap or tonneau contacts the truck is considered normal wear and tear, and is expected with the installation and use of any truck cap or tonneau; and is the sole responsibility of the pick-up truck owner.
  6. Improperly installed caps or tonneau.
  7. Glass breakage or light bulbs.
  8. Fit to any non-OEM surface.
  9. Matte Black Paint Finish is not warranted against damages to the paint finishes, scratches, or fading.
