Return Policy

At Ironhaul, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may return or exchange most items under the following conditions:

1. Regular Returns: Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original method of payment or for an exchange.

2. Installed Items: Products that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Opened, Damaged, or Non-Resalable Items: Items that are opened, damaged, and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

RESTOCKING AND TRANSFER FREIGHT FEES

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking and re-shelving fee, calculated on the purchase price of the returned item.

This fee does not include any freight, store-transfer, delivery, or return-shipping costs incurred to move product between locations. These costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund or charged separately. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits

Deposits paid for any product are non-refundable. Once a deposit has been paid, it will not be refunded if the order is cancelled, including before assembly, fulfillment, or inventory transfer begins. Deposits are used to reserve product, coordinate inventory, and prepare orders for scheduled appointments.

EXCEPTIONS

1. No Receipt: Returns, exchanges, or warranty requests for an item without a receipt may not be accepted.

2. Defective Items: A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced in accordance with that warranty.

The following products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• Gift cards
• Products cut to length, modified, or specially ordered
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise

WHERE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged at any Ironhaul store within 30 days of purchase. The interpretation and application of this policy are at Ironhaul’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the conditions of this policy are not met.
