Return Policy

At Iron Haul, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You may return or exchange most items under the following conditions:

  1. Regular Returns: Unopened items in original packaging can be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original method of payment or for an exchange.
  2. Damaged or Opened Items: Items that are opened, damaged, and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  3. Installed Items: Products that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Oversized Items: due to their dimensions or space requirements, they are subject to an additional $100 handling fee. This fee accounts for the extra storage resources required to safely manage and accommodate these larger items in our facility.

 

Please note, there are some exceptions to our return policy:

  1. No Receipt: Returns, exchanges, or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.
  2. Defective Items: A defective item is subject to the manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired or replaced.

If a product was ordered or sourced from a third-party supplier( not under the name of Ironhaul)

There will be return handling charges given to the consumers. These fees may vary depending on the supplier’s return-to-stock rate, item condition, and return window, and can range from 10% to 25% of the original purchase price.

  • Restocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • This policy applies even if the product is new, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • Additional shipping or handling fees may apply 

  • Certain manufacturers require that you deal directly with them regarding defective items.

We recommend confirming return handling fee with our staff before purchasing the product.

 

There are also certain products that are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Gift Cards
  • Products cut to length or modified
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

Please note that for any returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Where to Return or Exchange Products

You can return or exchange products at any of our stores within 30 days of purchase.
